Ballyowen Golf (Wednesday): $185, includes green fees, carts, transportation, and box lunch
Spa Day & Brunch (Wednesday): $285, includes brunch & spa treatment
CRSI Foundation Golf Outing: $325, includes green fees, carts, transportation, and box lunch
Tasting & Trolley Excursion: $225, includes transportation and tastings

CRSI Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancellation is made on or before 8/30/21. No refunds after 8/30/21. No refunds will be given for golf or excursion no shows.
Attendee List
Your registration must be received no later than two weeks prior to the meeting date to be listed in the pre-registration attendee list. An up-to-date list will be in your registration packet.
Room Rate
$249.00 per night. The deadline for hotel reservations at CRSI’s rate is Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Reservations after this date will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am. To make a reservation, please call Central Reservations at 855-977-6473, or Susan at 973-864-8952. A web link is not available. Accommodation rates are subject to 6.625% NJS sales tax, 8% NJS municipal lodging tax, 8% amenity fee, and $2.00 per guest housekeeping fee. Valet parking is available at special CRSI rate of $10.00 per day.
Attire
Business casual resort wear is recommended: slacks and collared shirts for men; blouses or collared shirts with slacks or skirts, or dresses for women. Bring flips flops for the pool, beach, or spa; and don’t forget sunscreen and sunglasses. You can also bring a sweater or light jacket for the evening breeze.
