One Day:  $375/$475
Spouse/Guest:  $175/$250

Early Discount expires Monday, February 8.

Attendee List
Your registration must be received no later than two weeks prior to the meeting date to be listed in the pre-registration attendee list. An up-to-date list will be available in your registration packet.

CRSI Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancellation is made on or before March 7, 2016. 50% refund if cancellation is made after March 8, 2016.

Foundation Golf Tournament at Raven Golf Club—Thursday, March 17, 12:30-4:30 pm

The Golf fee is $250 per player (includes lunch) with all net proceeds going to the CRSI Foundation.
