Registration Fees (Early/Late)
Attendee:  $800/$1000                  
One Day:  $450/$550                     
Spouse/Guest:  $200/$250           

Early Registration Discount expires Wednesday, October 7^th.  The late registration fee will apply after October 7^th.

Attendee Roster:  CRSI must receive your registration no later than two weeks prior to the meeting date to be listed in the official pre-registration roster.
                                  An up-to-date roster will be available in your registration packet.                                                                            

CRSI Cancellation Policy:  100% refund if cancellation is made on or before October 23^rd. 50% refund of basic registration fee if cancellation is made on or after October 24^th.
