Description
Have you ever felt stuck in your business or not sure even where to begin? A business plan is a treatment plan for your business. It’s important to assess strengths, needs, write SMART goals, track data, and evaluate. Writing a plan that reflects your business accurately sets everyone up for success. Explore topics including marketing, finances, networking, staff, and space. Learn to leverage your business by using your existing music therapy skillset to increase access to services.

Learning Objectives
Objective #1: Participants will be able to set two business goals on their business plan. (CBMT Domain V. A. 1)
Objective #2: Participants will be able to create a personal mission statement. (CBMT Domain V. B. 11)
Objective #3: Participants will be able to build a list of five community members or organizations to establish a working relationship with related to business ownership (CBMT Domain V. B. 9)
Objective #4: Participants will identify key marketing strategies to increase access to services by designing a business plan (CBMT Domain V. B. 19)
