As survey research costs increase and response rates lag, administrative data is uniquely positioned to supplement survey data in population research. A growing movement of scholars and national statistical agencies around the globe are using these large integrated population-based data assets for statistical, analytical, and research purposes. During this half-day workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn from international leaders who are working with integrated population data.

By the end of the workshop you will:

• Develop greater understanding of the opportunities, common barriers, and solutions for administrative population data sharing, integration, and use.
• Learn about currently available population data assets and efforts to make them more systematically available to the research community.
• Discuss and identify future opportunities to expand the use of administrative data in population research.
