Patrick Prendiville, CIRMS founded Prendivile Insurance Agency in 1988 after graduating from University of California, Santa Barbara. Patrick served on the CAI Orange County Board for 6 years and served as Chapter President in 2012. Patrick was honored with The May Russell Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018. Patrick currently serves on the Education Committee where he heads up our Saddleback College Community Education Program.
Kelly G. Richardson, Esq., CCAL is co-founder and partner of Richardson|Ober|DeNichilo. In practice since 1983, Kelly is in his 30th year of serving California common interest developments. He is a leading advocate for California community associations. Not only is he the originator and founder of two different annual statewide CAI educational conferences, he writes a weekly column on community association law issues currently appearing in 14 newspapers called HOA Homefront and has authored numerous articles for regional and national publications.
