Susanne Connors Bowman

Susanne Connors Bowman is a co-owner of The Haefer Group, Ltd.  Sue developed The Haefer Group Member Value Audit concept in line with her thinking about effective ways to judge the effectiveness of programs and services.  Her particular areas of interest include program & service audits, organizational audits (including member contact centers), training and research. Sue is an active member of ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership.  She is currently vice-chair of the Consultants Section Council and coordinator of its e-newsletter Consultants Connection.  She was a member of the Membership Council for six years, including serving as chair during 2005-2006.  Her other ASAE involvement has included the Ethics Task Force, contributor to Associations Now, and faculty member at CenterU.  She is also an author of the financial chapters in the best-selling Membership Essentials.
