Since 1997 Mickie S. Mickie is a dedicated volunteer and leader for the American Society of Association Executives, ASTM International, and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), serving as lead assessor or technical advisor for ANSI and ASTM certification standards programs. Mickie has written several books on certification including her most recent ISO 17024 Unlocked: A Guide to Understanding Essential Terms and Concepts of the ISO 17024 Standard for Certification Bodies.
