About the CEO: With over 15 years’ experience as a nonprofit leader, executive trainer and strategic facilitator of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, Ms. Carrigan combines innovative strategy with effective communication to influence positive change and build organizational capacity. Throughout her career, Courtnee has successfully created diverse partnerships working with over 40 non-profits, schools, universities and businesses to implement award-winning well-researched and documented curriculum to improve workforce performance, employee and community relations.

In late 2015, Courtnee left her role as the Director of Training with the YWCA national office to pursue her dream of starting a company focused on whole system capacity building for organizations and agencies throughout the country. Her goal is to equip individuals and organizations with the critical knowledge, skills, and assistance needed to improve organizational performance.
