the meeting. Applications must be submitted independently.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: The American Academy of
Implant Dentistry - Northeast District reserves the right to cancel all or any
part of this course should circumstances warrant such action. In the
event a course is cancelled, the Central District will refund the full tuition
and will not be responsible for any other damages. Requests for refunds
must be made in writing and received by April 3, 2013, for a 100% refund, or
between April 3, 2013, and April 13, 2013, for a 50% refund. Due to
advance commitments to the hotel, no refunds can be made after April 13,
2013. A $50 administrative fee will be applied to all refunds regardless
of when request is received. NO EXCEPTIONS.
