Topic: Telecommunications and State Legislatures:  the telecommunications-related bills we are expecting to see in the 2019 state legislative sessions.  This panel will discuss both state and local telecommunications-related priorities for state legislative efforts.  We also have invited industry representatives to discuss their concerns/priorities.
