The FCBA FCC Enforcement Committee will hold a CLE on Thursday, February 7, 2013 from 6:00 – 8:15 p.m. on Enforcement Bureau Nuts and Bolts.  This program will be held at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, 1500 K Street, NW.

Section 208 of the Communications Act is a powerful enforcement mechanism that permits market participants, consumers, and others to bring formal and informal complaints against telecommunications carriers.  The Market Disputes Resolution Division of the Enforcement Bureau oversees the complaint process, including playing an active role in helping parties mediate their disputes.  Learn the ins and outs of this essential enforcement tool from seasoned practitioners and FCC staff.
