This workshop will outline the history and theory of FEP Programs across PA, specifically focusing on the ENGAGE Program of Allegheny County. The purpose of the workshop is to educate consumers, providers, family members and the greater community about the importance of early intervention and care for psychosis. Attendees should expect to gain an overview of the topic by hearing about early engagement efforts, program implementation and the successes. Workshop attendees will have the opportunity to learn about practice, care and expected outcomes for individuals experiencing early psychosis and the potential strategies that are involved in a Coordinated Specialty Care Team (CSC) Approach through early intervention.
