Cancellation Policy:

Registrations will be refunded (minus a US$75 cancellation fee), if cancelled by May 18, 2018 at 5pm ET.  Cancellations after this date and time will not be refunded.

Student registration rate: Student registration is for those individuals enrolled in undergraduate or post-graduate programs, residents, fellows and post docs. Attendees registering at the student rate are required to submit proof of student, resident, fellow or post doc status (which may include a copy of a current school registration, schedule, ID, etc.) when registering. Instructions are provided when registering online.
