Undergraduate Round-Up, Cluster Meetings, Regional Conferences

STEP 1 – Logging into the Regional Online System

At the bottom of the Login page, enter your email address and password (usually, your financial #), then click SIGN IN.

  • IMPORTANT:  Your email address MUST match the address on file at the Corporate Office for a successful login.

 If you are financially active for the current year and are successful with your login, an expanded menu will appear on the left.  Select the UPCOMING EVENTS link from the left menu.

STEP 2 – Registering for the Event of your choice

Choose the event you wish to register for by clicking its link.

On the next screen, review the event date and time to verify that you have selected the conference of your choice, then click on the REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT Button.  Note:  Below this button are the downloadable documents, e.g., Registration Packet, forms or more information.

  • Select the appropriate registration fee (Graduate or Undergraduate), then click Next.
  • Scroll down and complete the registration form:
    • Your First Name, Last Name, Badge Name, Badge City, Badge State, and Badge Country should be pre-populated
    • If you want your Badge Name to be different, you can edit this field
    • Complete all applicable demographic information
  • Once completed, click NEXT
  • Select any items, events, sessions you would like to include in your registration, then click the NEXT button.
  • Review your registration summary.  You may change “quantity” if you wish to purchase more backpacks. Click “UPDATE CART” if you do.  Verify your information, then click the REGISTER NOW button.

STEP 3 – Paying for your Conference

  • You are now at the Online Store page – confirm the correct event and fees, then click the CHECK NEXT link at the bottom of the page.
  • The next page will be the Checkout page – verify that your billing address is correct.  If not, choose the CHANGE button. Click “Bill To Alternate Address” and complete the necessary information.  Then click the SUBMIT button.
  • Bill To Address must match the credit card statement mailing address.
  • At the payment information screen, enter your credit card information to complete the transaction. Then click PURCHASE NOW.
  • The last screen contains your order details and confirmation number.  You will receive an email confirmation of your registration to your login email address.
  • You must hit PURCHASE NOW to complete your registration and receive an email confirmation.
