Presenter:  Mark Cardwell

Bio:  Mark Cardwell is the Founder and Lead Consultant of READY LLC as well as the founder and Executive Director of the Ohio Marketing Association. READY LLC, is a social enterprise development consultancy preparing non-profit organizations and social entrepreneurs toward impact investment readiness. Mark has 20 + years of experience as an executive level marketing professional including media sales, communications and marketing planning. Mark has filled professional roles with the Columbus POST newspaper, BlueChip Broadcasting, The American Red Cross, OSU Medical Center, Goodwill Rehabilitation Center, and United Parcel Service. Mark has a long history of community service and has served as a board member and or advisory committee member of various non-profit organizations including the Columbus NAACP, United Way of Columbus, the Columbus Zoo, Mental Health Association of Franklin County and others. Mark is currently a board member with Ethiopian Tewahedo Social Services (ETSS) serving as the chairperson for the HR Subcommittee. He is also a board member with the Franklinton Playhouse. A graduate of the Ray Miller Institute for Change and Leadership Mark also completed the Wells Foundation course on Impact Investment and Enterprise Development in 2016. Mark holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Columbus College of Art and Design. Mark is a member of OANO's Council of Consultants.
