Cancellations received by the Early Bird Cutoff Date will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after that date will be subject to the full registration fee. Substitutions will be accepted at any time. If you cannot attend or do not cancel your registration prior to the cancellation date, you will be charged the full conference fee. Transfers to the next conference only must be in writing and approved by the SETA President.

Early Bird Registration ends August 31. Registration cut off date is September 15. After that, on site registration will be accepted.
