Fair Housing  (MA & NH Credit)

(MA:  RE19RC12/NH:  E045) The student will learn the history of Fair Housing from 1800’s to Today. They will be able to use this training to avoid serious liability. The student will learn what can and can not be said, who the protected classes are and how a discriminated person can utilize the HUD system and at no cost sue the agent and seller for discrimination. They will learn about insurance coverage’s and how to best avoid Federal and State Liabilities. This is a must attend class.

In order to maintain your Massachusetts Real Estate License, you are required to take 12 hours of Continuing Education credits every 2 years. The Northeast Association of REALTORS® (NEAR) offers 3 courses (6 credit hours) monthly at our office in Westford. Credit earned here via ABC Real Estate Training Institute can be applied to both MA & NH state-mandated elective credits.
