The Jail Administrator's Division of the Minnesota Sheriffs' Association is an active division providing training, education and resources to jail administrators within Minnesota's 87 counties.

CLICK HERE for the “Minnesota Jail Credit Manual” amended December, 2012.  The Jail Credit Manual was designed to provide answers to as many jail credit questions as possible.

This Updated Jail Credit Manual incorporates two recent and significant Minnesota Appellate decisions: State v. Clarkin, 817 N.W.2d 678 (Minn. 2012) and Pageau v. State, 820 N.W.2d 271 (Minn.App.2012);
