The associations of:

APCO (Association of Public Safety Communications Officials)
MSA (Minnesota Sheriffs’ Association) and
NENA (National Emergency Number Association)

have partnered together in the development of an exciting communications conference

PSAP 911 COMMUNICATIONS CONFERENCE

MARCH 19 - 22, 2018

Exhibitor Dates:  March 20 - 21, 2018
Exhibitor Information at the bottom of this page.

This is an excellent training opportunity for communications professionals from supervisors to PSAP staff.  Attendees will find a high-level course of instruction combined with the opportunity to interact with their peers.

There is also an excellent array of exhibitors with the latest in communications equipment.  Your staff will be able to see what's new in their profession.

Why this conference?  Simply put because it is the best value for your training dollar.  Every session and every speaker were chosen to make PSAP personnel better at their jobs.  The people making those choices are a conference planning committee comprised of PSAP managers and front line dispatchers from large and small PSAP centers representing 3 groups (APCO, NENA and MSA) all working to together to improve the quality of emergency services dispatching and the quality of life for the PSAP personnel delivering that service.  Various sessions target PSAP management, technical operations and front line dispatching so each attendee can further customize their learning experience to get the most out of this opportunity.  Through the years of this conference we have received feedback that this was the best learning experience attendees had ever participated in.  Reserve your spot now and we’re sure you’ll agree.
