Registration Instructions

·        Do you have questions about dealing with manufactured homes?  It is a difficult issue, as the situation is handled differently whether it is an eviction, a replevin, or a writ of execution.

·        Do you understand the trespass law?  Hear from an expert.  When can a person be trespassed, and when they can not?  What is law enforcement's role in these types of calls for service?

·        Are there special considerations when collecting judgments in more rural counties?  How does the Farmers' Mediation Act affect collecting against a debtor in the business of farming?

·        Hear about interesting collection matters from around the state.  How do you handle those complicated levies?

·    Attorney Tom Miller is returning to discuss how bankruptcy affects evictions, collections activities, mortgage foreclosure sales, and redemptions.  Tom has been a bankruptcy trustee and has handled over 25,000 bankruptcy cases!
